Questions
How do I get my key after paying?
Right after checkout you land on your order page with the key, and the same key is emailed to you. You can reopen the order page from the link in the email any time.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest with just your email. An account is optional and keeps all your keys in one place.
What payment methods do you take?
Card payments through Stripe (Apple Pay and Google Pay work where your device supports them). We never see or store your card details.
I didn't get the email.
Check spam first. Then open your order page and hit "Resend email". Still nothing? Message us on Discord with your order number.
What if a product sells out while I pay?
Your payment is still recorded and your key is emailed automatically the moment we restock. You won't be charged twice.
